Philip Johnson told us about the poor lens, which in the process of trying to capture a SpaceX launch, got incinerated by a grass fire, which was caused by… you guess it… the SpaceX launch!

Glynn found out that Pentax is about to release a new fixed lens compact camera, with the possibility of an SLR coming later on.
Also, he’s wondering if Adobe hasn’t finally managed to get their de-noise algorithm working to a standard so that it competes with some of the third party offerings out there?
And he recommends a gander at the work of Cody Conk, for those that enjoy some landscape imagery.
