Episode 423 – The Putzier Experiment
We is back for another year! π
Woohoo!
We talk about my cruise to the Coral Isles, and the sad reality that most of the coral we saw was already dead.
I thought it was due to too much tourism. Glynn is of the opinion that it’s due to coral bleaching and rising sea temperatures. He talked about his friend Victor Bonito, who is doing work in this area. He also talked about the documentary, “Chasing coral” on Netflix. Watch the trailer here.
Then, we talk about my new camera! Yep, finally, after 9 years of shooting with my a850, it’s been retired in favour of a new Sony a7iii, and 3 new FE lenses.
A Laowa 15/f2 manual focus wide angle,
A Tamron 28-75/f2.8 medium zoom, and
A Sony 70-200/f4 (still not here).
