Shutters Inc – episode 142

This week, in the final episode for 2009,
we rave (again) about David Oakley,
I pose the question to Shelton “How do you stay in touch with ‘real world’ working conditions, when you run the risk of doing so much teaching that there’s no time for commercial work?”,
Shelton queries whether or not we sometimes overlook the potential joy of having captured a great image when it might have some technical shortcomings,
and we discuss the end of the world, just ’cause we can.

I have been a professional audio engineer since the mid 80's and am happy to do for free in my spare time what I get paid to do during the week. I created Shutters Inc in May 2005, and it is today (as best as I can tell) THE longest-running photography podcast in the world.

That was a passionate plea Shelton! 🙂
& after hearing this, I think I’ll shoot in JPEG over the holidays and let myself off the hook putting in the time to process RAW.
Have a happy Christmas guys and thanks for the great podcasts to date.
