Bruce Williams

I have been a professional audio engineer since the mid 80's and am happy to do for free in my spare time what I get paid to do during the week. I created Shutters Inc in May 2005, and it is today (as best as I can tell) THE longest-running photography podcast in the world.

Well, I have just listened to this week’s episode – another great episode.
Rockhampton – great set of shots, and although it is easy to say after the fact, gee, I wish I had been up there as well. I have travelled with Shelton before and I can certainly say we learnt a heap about our shooting in that time, so I know I would have learnt even more in that weekend.
Richard’s project – after looking at Eueosport News on cable tv a couple of years ago, I have been woking on a similar project for a couple of years on an occasional basis. Eurosport use a numbers countdown between programs and focussing on sports numbers. I am hoping to have a 0 – 100 set for a photo slide show. I have another personal project using food signage from various countries.
Bruce’s Wedding shots- I generally like the whole set although the one under the arbour is a difficult situation, but you have some good lighting for the rest. A great job and well done.

Another great show guys! The trip summary of Rockhampton really had some good pointers.

Also, I’m looking forward to the Landscape competition.
I took a few today just for the competition: http://www.flickr.com/photos/33224129@N00/sets/72157602271762015/ There’s even a vertical shot in there.

I just booked a weekend trip to Yosemite, so I’ll definitely have some shots to go with Bruce’s.

Thanks for all the great tips.
