Shutters Inc. – episode 078

This week, we got it all!
The weather,
the things the media chooses to report as “news”,
Kodak’s new extra sensitive image sensors (coming soon to a camera near you),
the movie “Smoke” with Harvey Keitel,

the Ricoh GX100,

Shelton’s photo a day blog idea,
what do judges look for in photo competitions?,
and shooting in low light with and without flash.

Check out Paul Gowder’s photos at PowWowImages

Also, Bruce became an Uncle for the first time this week (Congrats to Paul (pictured here with his new daughter, Taylah) and Nicole!)

I have been a professional audio engineer since the mid 80's and am happy to do for free in my spare time what I get paid to do during the week. I created Shutters Inc in May 2005, and it is today (as best as I can tell) THE longest-running photography podcast in the world.

    Hi Bruce

I agree with the comment above about the links being v.difficult to read.

Also, what’s happened to the itunes feed for shutters inc. ? It stopped working after show 77 and there is no new feed listed in itunes. I’ve had to download manually this time!

Great show by the way – I look forward to it every week.

    Hi Bruce,

I’ve had no problem with iTunes “And now, the acid test” showed up just fine.

I think a “photo of the day” blog from Shelton would be great! I’m all for it.
